& REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with our product or service, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

a) The product or service must be returned in its original condition.

b) Proof of purchase is required.

c) Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

d) Purchase can only be made through our online store

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@ldrindustries.com.au or 1800 350 380.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exclusions

Please note that certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund. These include:

a) Any customised or personalised LDR products.

b) Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LDR Industries, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
