LDR Industries (referred to herein as "LDR") is committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Our warranty statement is outlined below:

Warranty Coverage:
LDR offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers hardware failure, paint flaking, and cracking.

Exclusions:
General road use wear and tear, including stone chips, dents, and dings, are not covered.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications is excluded from this warranty.

Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact LDR Industries Customer Service.
Proof of purchase will be required to validate the warranty claim.
LDR reserves the right to inspect the product to determine the cause of the issue and the eligibility for warranty coverage.

Remedies:
If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered, LDR will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

Limitation of Liability:
LDR's liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products.
LDR shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products.
